There are four methods available if you would like to place an order:

1). Call us toll-free at 877-626-5487. Our studio hours are 9:00AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday –Friday. (We sometimes have our answering machine on during the day so that we don’t miss any phone calls not heard over the noise of the studio. Just leave a message and we will call you back promptly!). You can also leave a message when the studio is closed and we will return your call the next time we are in the studio.

2). Email us at treebourne@yahoo.com. Important!! Do not include a credit card number if you decide to order through email!

3). You can fax your order to us via 24 hour fax at: 585-288-1550.

Many of the items you see on our website are ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. Custom work and larger pieces take a bit longer. We can give you an idea on shipping time when you place your order. We ship via UPS ground (expedited shipping also available).
